A Chicopee man is facing disorderly conduct charges after forcing police to tase him when they say he aggressively approached two officers.
Chicopee police were called to the 900 block of Front Street over the weekend about a man who was kicking cars.
When they arrived police say they confronted Marc Nieves and he aggressively approached one of the cops.
Nieves reportedly yelled obscenities at police and made aggressive moves and that's when one officer warned Nieves he would be tased.
Nieves was tased twice as cops tried to get him into custody.
