Bail is set at two-million-dollars for the man charged with killing a woman on a Simsbury running trail in 2014.
William Leverett reportedly confessed to the killing of Melissa Millan in a random attack.
Leverett lives in Windsor Locks, but police say he was staying in Simsbury at the time of the killing. Leverett was convicted of sexual assault of a child in Colorado in 2011, but served no jail time.
