High School Coach Won't Get His Job Back

A judge is declining to reinstate a  football coach who was fired for allegedly letting one of his players  practice in his underwear.

Former Saugus High School head varsity coach  Anthony Nalen had appealed the decision made by the school last week to  let him go, but the Essex Superior Court judge ruled on Tuesday against  the injunction he had filed.

School officials claimed the incident was  hazing, but police have not found any criminal wrongdoing.  Nalen  released a statement on Wednesday saying he was no longer seeking his  job back.
