One man is dead and another man is under arrest after last night’s shooting at the Holyoke Mall.
Officials say they first responded to a shots fired call about 6 last night.
The dead man identified as 23 year old Carlos Ruemmele of Springfield.
Police have not released a motive. They di say a suspect was identified during the early parts of the investigation.
Police arresting 19 year old Skyzen Encarnacion, also of Springfield and charged him with murder.
No word on arraignments or any other information.
