Springfield is unveiling its 4 million dollar re-hab of Pynchon Plaza.
New steps to replace the steep old ones have been installed and the old elevator has been removed as well.
The Plaza was a popular short cut between Chestnut Street and Downtown Springfield and was paid for by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
