Judge Denies Effort To Listen In On "Turtleboy" Jail Calls

A judge is rejecting a special prosecutor's request to monitor jail calls between the blogger known as Turtleboy and his attorney.

The prosecutor claims that attorney Timothy Bradl has tried to use the attorney-client privilege to allow Aidan Kearney to secretly communicate with his minions.

Kearney is charged with witness intimidation involving the Karen Read murder case, and his bail was revoked over an incident with an ex-girlfriend.

He believes Read is being framed by corrupt law enforcement for the 2022 killing of her boyfriend, Boston police officer John O'Keefe.
